Questions before getting in touch

If something's holding you back from reaching out, the answer is probably here.

Do I need to already own a Florida property to contact you?

No. Some of the most useful conversations happen before a purchase — when there's still time to understand what the operational reality will look like and what structure you'll need. If you're evaluating Florida as a market and want to understand what owning here actually involves operationally, that's a conversation worth having early.

Can I contact you in Spanish?

Yes. Brighthold operates fully in English and Spanish. Write to us in whichever language is easier for you and we'll respond in the same. All owner communications, reporting, and support are available in both languages.

Is Brighthold a property management company?

No. Brighthold provides property operations coordination — not licensed property management. Traditional property management includes licensed rent collection, lease enforcement, and legal representation. Brighthold focuses on the operational coordination layer: maintenance follow-through, tenant communication, vendor management, and owner reporting. If you need full licensed property management, we can refer appropriate providers in Central Florida.

Do you provide legal or tax advice?

No. For Florida landlord-tenant law questions, the right person is a qualified Florida real estate attorney. For non-resident tax obligations — ITIN, FIRPTA, rental income reporting — the right person is a U.S. tax professional experienced with foreign national property ownership. Brighthold can help point you toward appropriate professionals for both.

What kind of properties does Brighthold typically work with?

Residential rental properties in the Orlando and Central Florida area — primarily single-family homes, townhouses, and condominiums on long-term (12-month) leases. Brighthold's current focus is 1–5 property overseas owners, not large portfolio investors or short-term vacation rental operators. If your situation is different from this, reach out anyway and we'll be straightforward about whether we're a good fit.

Is there any commitment involved in making contact?

None. The first conversation is to understand your situation and determine whether Brighthold can genuinely help. There's no obligation, no contract, and no sales pressure. If we're a good fit, we'll explain what working together would look like. If we're not, we'll say so directly.
